Arellano Consulting was born in 2008 through a partnership with Pathwise Management. Together, Pathwise and Arellano Consulting bring experience and expertise in philosophy and psychology to the work environment. Through the teaching and application of the Ten Essentials of Pathwise*, Arellano Consulting works with individuals and organizations to move thought and actions to higher levels of thinking.  The results are innovative ideas stemming from individuals intrinsically motivated towards exceptional work.

We work in small groups over a longer period of time through experiential learning methods. Unlike some leadership training workshops that may last a day or a week and then quickly forgotten, we offer a proven set of tools that last a lifetime.

Our client base spans market industries, including Software, Manufacturing, Social Services, Government and Education, Health care, Non-profit, Groups and Clubs as well as Placement and Human Resource organizations.
